Super spacious kitchen with inside dining for 6 and outside dining for 4 (total seating for 10 persons). No additional fee for pool heating or bbq. Fully fenced private back yard. I went for a little getaway and this place was perfect for just that. Peaceful. All the necessities of home. The pool area was one of the reasons I booked here and was looking forward to that heaven! The lounge chairs and deck area was great, however, there was a filter/cleaner on a hose in the pool the entire time of my stay. However it didn’t appear to be working as the surface had quite a bit of debris on. I only went in once to cool off quickly due to that. However if I was with my kids, I would have def reached out to see what could be done about it. I wouldn’t want them swimming in it until cleaned further. The hot tub I was planning on using however it was not warm and did not see a way to heat it…and it too had debris on it. Again I could have reached out if I was dying to use it. Other than those, which could be fixed easily, I was extremely pleased with everything. Nice location. Quiet and clean! I would stay here again if in the Ft Myers area.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Everything was clean and nicely updated. Location was great and the backyard felt very private. The host always responded to us in a timely manner and took care of any questions/concerns we had right away. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The house was amazing!! So beautiful! Perfect spot to relax. Very clean and so nicely decorated! Bathrooms are amazing!! Came to the island to visit family, right down the street from the Winn-dixie. Had my 4yr old and my 9yr old nephew on the trip who enjoyed the pool so very much! Also a great playground just 5min down the road in the center. We had a thunderstorm that shut the power down on one side of the house, the neighbor came over and got it back and running, they were very responsive. There is a starter kit for your needs, however I would recommend being prepared to get back up toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags if you plan to stay for a week. There are also a few water tubes/water noodles so there are a few water toys. Was a wonderful time, appreciate the opportunity stay at such a nice place, thank you!!

This was exactly what we needed for our getaway! The pool and hot tub were amazing, and so relaxing! We loved being able to swim whenever we wanted, and Jesse made it so convenient with the app to heat the pool / spa. He had everything imaginable for our beach day (and this was for a beach day with an infant, including a beach wagon to haul all of our things) - we were surprised and really thankful for this! The house itself was spacious, and checked the boxes of things that we needed. It was close to grocery stores and a couple of good restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible as well. Jesse was very communicative. Jesse checked in on our stay, ensured that we had recommendations (if we wanted them), and even let us know when a pool tech was coming out as well. We would definitely rent here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Tom’s Airbnb in Florida. The house was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as advertised. The pool was absolutely heavenly—our kids couldn’t get enough of it! There were plenty of towels for us to use, and the kitchen was fully stocked with every dish, plate, and utensil we could possibly need. The neighborhood was relatively quiet, which made for a relaxing stay, yet we were only 10–15 minutes away from any store or place we needed to get to. Tom was a great host—very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We had an enjoyable stay at your "poolside paradise". The home was more than comfortable, spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities you need. The home is in close proximity to many dining options and activities. Would highly recommend to a family looking to relax and enjoy some peace & quiet. * One thing I must add the 1st picture of the canal view is no longer accurate, unfortunately the surrounding neighbors have put up hedges which are becoming overgrown and obstructing the view
