From the cabin you have a choice of views one direction the mountains and the other a beautiful view of Carrigallen town lake. Two minutes drive into Carrigallen, 12 minutes walk. Carrigallen has 5 pubs 2 takeaways and a lovely coffee shop. 2 shops both with deli counters. when your at the property it feels like your in the middle of the countryside no noise no light polution. There are lots of fishing lakes, walks, all within the area. mountains to climb a 35 minute drive away.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. About 300 years old Byre transformed to a cozy holiday home. Located on the backyard of our home and attached to a working farm. Meals are not included, but there’s a full kitchen in the apartment and there’s a shop just beside our house. Our backyard and bbq area is also in your use.
