Vacation rentals with breakfast in Leeuwarden

Mia is the best host we have ever experienced! We would give 100 stars if we could. And her beds are magic as it was the best sleep. She really is the most thoughtful and caring host, the accommodation is so charming and we highly recommend Mia.

Ria is an incredibly hospitable host with a very nice stay. The room I stayed in was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very neat and in the utility room a microwave was available to possibly warm up a meal. I have also noticed that Ria is very flexible with breakfast. If you are not allowed or do not like something, you can tell her Furthermore, the house is within walking distance from a bus stop, making it very accessible. Should I ever be in the neighborhood, I would definitely stay here again.

Roelie is very open and friendly. She explained everything to us on arrival and gave us tips for the area. Everything was super clean and the bed really very comfortable. We both got a delicious breakfast in the morning in front of the room, where we could choose the time freely. The location is also great, you can walk to the city in 20 minutes. If we come to Groningen again, I would choose this place again.

Petra was a great host. We felt welcome and at home right away. The house itself was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our stay here 🙂

Just a one overnight stay en route to Finland, but a lovely visit. This is a wonderful place and your thoughtfulness and incredibly helpful neighbours stepping in in you hour of need is endorsement of your kindness and great hosting as mentioned so often in your guest book. We stayed for one week. We missed having a common place to hang out with with our family, but we felt very welcome. Hetty was a perfect host; she served a great breakfast.

A great place on the outskirts of the village. Blissfully quiet! Private space, private entrance. Good bed, seating, you can make coffee/ tea. Private plumbing. Friendly and thoughtful host. Repeatable

Janneke is nice, helpful and interested! Exactly appropriate! Everything is perfectly fine, clean, tidy and a great bed! In consultation, I showered at night, which was also no problem for Janneke (I had a party close by, with dressing and green hair, hence the desire to shower). Janneke is super understanding and that made me feel very much at home. Janneke is a super host! :)

Our stay in Giethoorn was absolutely perfect! The little inn we chose was cozy, spotless, and everything we could have hoped for. The location was right on the canal, making it incredibly easy to take the boat out and explore the serene waterways. While the area is quieter in winter, that only added to the charm, creating a peaceful and intimate atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality. Our host went above and beyond, preparing delicious and varied home-cooked breakfasts each morning. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the clean and well-equipped kitchen (where my girlfriend and I enjoyed cooking dinner each night) to the excellent water pressure and warmth of the shower—something you truly appreciate during colder months. This was more than just a stay; it was an experience. The warmth, cleanliness, and attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. We can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to our return!

Remco is friendly, and gave extra tips per Whatsapp. However, we arrived on the wrong side via navigation and then you can't get to the right parking spot (you have to get there via a one-way road), but otherwise the service, the village with supermarket and restaurants nearby was fine!

This was the perfect end to my vacation ❤️ Despite the fact that no one else was there, I was served a delicious full breakfast in my up, made with love! Beds sleep great, and it was wonderfully clean 😀 Super nice received by Gonnie and Richard. The perfect address for when I miss the last boat home again! Siska was a great host from the beginning, she was very friendly and welcoming! The room is light and spacious and had everything I needed. The house is not too far from the city center and is easy to reach. Even more so if you rent a bicycle - which I recommend, because Groningen is a great city to discover by bike. :) Oh, and Siska's breakfast is delicious, you don't want to miss it. I had an amazing stay at this beautiful room! It was even more stunning and well-organized than the photos. The interior design was tasteful and elegant, with so much attention to detail throughout the house and room — it truly felt special. Located in the heart of nature, it offered the perfect mix of comfort and peace. The apartment was fully equipped — a complete kitchen with tea, coffee, utensils, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. There was an optional paid service for meal preparation and snacks, plus a generous complimentary breakfast. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor seating in the backyard garden — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. Knowing I had to leave early due to travel plans, they kindly woke up at 5 AM to prepare breakfast for me and pack it to-go. That level of care truly stood out. Highly recommended — I’d absolutely love to return!
