Would recommend. Lovely flat in a fantastic location. We had problems checking in as the door was locked. However, given 5 stars as the issue was dealt with quickly.

Second time here really enjoyed our stay

Farat was brilliant with organising our stay and couldn’t of done more to make my birthday weekend away special. We all enjoyed the stay and the location was perfect. It was a beautiful clean and spacious apartment and I don’t think you’ll find better for the price in Leeds city Centre. The location is brilliant and the decoration of the place is gorgeous. Located in the ideal location for me, easily accessible close to all amenities.

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Jade was a very helpful host. The area is traditional for the area, lovely nature reserve on back of rear garden for walks. The cottage is just lovely. Warm and cosy. We will definitely return here.

Great place to stay - lovely choice of bedrooms, always warm, and expansive kitchen! Lots of shops in walking distance and only a 5 minute bus ride to the town centre. Would definitely stay again x

We had a very comfortable stay - the home was nicely furnished and in a great location in Waterfoot. The house was very clean, quiet, and close to local facilities like shops and cafe. Free parking on the street and local buses to Bury and Rawtenstall. The accommodation was just as shown in the pictures. Charlotte was always contactable and was a friendly host. Many thanks!

A lovely, home-from-home stay at Linda's place. It really felt like staying in a lived in house rather than a stark hotel room. The kitchen was well equipped with loads of glasses and mugs, crockery, pans etc and oil and herbs provided. We made use of the washing machine and the outside drying space was great so didn't need the tumble dryer. Comfy beds and handy to have towels provided. The kitchen table was great to work from home and the WiFi worked perfectly. Nice garden and patio, and a quiet street with views of a grassy area with trees from the front of the house. Had no trouble parking two cars near the house. Check in and out was easy with a lock box.

Very happy with my stay here. Everything was very clean and new, the house has a modern style. The garden is nice and the kitchen area was magnificent. Beds were very comfortable, sheets and towels were also clean. Mable was very helpful, made it very easy for us to check in and out, and answered any queries quickly. 10/10 would defo recommend especially to families / groups!

Great location for a visit to central Manchester and lovely clean well kept property, had to do an online verification and pay a £30 security fee to check in which I didn't mind but would have been good to know in advance.

Jeanette’s place was lovely and quiet, free parking and easy to find. Jeanette communicated quickly and was happy for us to check in later than we expected. Also has lovely friendly cats and a comfortable bed. Would recommend to anyone 😊

Was a comfortable stay for a couple of nights. Clean and comfy apartment. Host was really responsive and replied quickly with any queries I had. Would recommend if visiting Manchester City as everything’s in close walking distance.

11/10 experience. Amy was equally generous and responsive from the time I booked, to arrival, and checking out. Her place was clean, charming, and even more spacious than expected. The warmest water and comfiest pillows. The area is quite lively and can be noisy on the weekends, but any guest knows this from the description of the listing. Highly recommend - Amy, thank you for being so welcoming and a joyful! Truly enjoyed my stay here.

The apartment was lovely, can not fault it at all. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Also left plenty of snacks and goodies at the apartment. Would 100% recommend staying here. Wouldn’t think twice about booking again. Was a wonderful stay 👍🏼

I have stayed in Scott’s apartment for a month. Wonderful location! Supermarket and train station is near this place. It takes 15 mins to Manchester City Centre.

It's been a great stay. Wayne is very hospitable and great at helping us with info on sundries. Highly recommend especially if you want to watch Manchester City play game. Very central apartment both to the stadium and the city center .
