Well equipped and convenient vfor our stay to visit relatives. The only thing we thought it lacked was somewhere to sit out which woukd have been nice but suppose you don’t get that with an upstairs apartment.

We have just spent the weekend at Paula's place and from start to finish everything was perfect! Paula's home and garden are beautiful, the house has absolutely everything you could need, lots of lovely little touches we were not expecting! Paula's hospitality was second to none and I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in Gosport.

A gem of a place that I recommend! It is spotless, peaceful and quaint. The hot tub is a real bonus and enjoyable after a long day. We visited Portsmouth and Southsea, we also took a walk to Titchfield Abbey and the pub opposite the Abbey. It was a joy to have no tv and instead chill out with some relaxing music. You wont be disappointed with Cosy Cottage.

Lovely studio room in leafy Alvestoke. Near beach with an interesting history and a seafood restaurant. Walk or bus to Gosport, short passenger ferry every 15 minutes and straight into Portsmouth Harbour for the historic dockyard and modern mall by the sea. Then back out of the hustle bustle to a nice calm place to stay, perfect.

The house was as expected, clean and we felt right at home within moments. The area was nice and peaceful with great views across the river, we saw plenty of local wildlife, a heron even flew past for a bite. And our host couldn't have been better with her prompt replies and cheery, helpful demeanour.
