Nice clean new home. Had everything we needed for our stay including some board games. Furniture, beds, linens were all clean and in good shape. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in Beaumont.

Easy and free street parking right beside entrance to unit. Nice, new area with brand new homes. The actual unit was clean, spacious, well equipped, and exactly as described. Busola was quick to answer any questions I had, and was very helpful. Five stars and would recommend to anybody looking for a place to stay in the area.

I sayed at Tammy and Micbet's for a week, and it was very comfortable and exactly what I needed. It is easily accessible from Highway 2. The suite is in a residential area that's a 5 minute drive from groceries, restaurants, gas and other services. Tammy and Micbet were very friendly, and they always responded quickly to questions. The space was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The appliances were like new. I would gladly stay there again, and I highly recommend it. Thanks Tammy and Micbet!

This suite is located just half a block from a beautiful man-made lake, with a lovely 20-minute walking loop around it—perfect for a morning or evening stroll. The suite itself is spacious and well-designed, with high ceilings (9 feet or more) and complete peace and quiet at night—great for restful sleep. One standout feature is the separate thermostat for the basement suite, which gives you full control over the temperature and humidity for personalized comfort. The full-sized washer and dryer were also a major plus for convenience. The host was responsive and helpful, quickly providing extra garbage bags and sugar when needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was nice and cozy. Peaceful easy vibes. Great neighborhood that’s not overwhelmingly busy. Being a basement suite the ceilings are nice and tall. I’m 6’8” tall and had no issues with having to duck also the shower was 8’ high. Perfect all around. It was my first experience with Airbnb and the host made me feel relaxed and at home. Good communication. As a carpenter myself I noticed the craftsmanship of the suite. Well done, contemporary and Beautiful all around. Highly recommend.

With separate air cond and heating system under one individual thermostat control in this basement suite surely adding comforts of desirable temperature(s) to be kept. Kitchen and bathroom setup is neat and convenient so as the bedroom and living room as well. Essential supplies are sufficient pretty well like living at own home. Shared laundry of complete washer and dryer is very ideal for longer stay renters. The host’s family of 5 are very friendly and sociable.
