Functional air-conditioned cottage with all the comforts for a comfortable stay. It is located on our land in front of our family home and next to two adjoining cottages. A large shared swimming pool (open and in operation from June to September) as well as a shared terrace with another cottage with deckchairs and umbrella. Garden shared with 2 other cottages. Very well located 15 minutes from the famous Pont du Gard, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes, 20 minutes from the Last Duchy of France in Uzes.

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Access to the owners' pool from early May to late September.

All the windows of the apartment overlook the wooded park of the residence. A 12 x 6 m swimming pool, a garage (w.240 x h.190 x p.500 cm) and a bike room will be at your disposal.

La Treille, is owned by an English family whom also speak Danish and French. We are positioned just 15 minutes from Garon airport and Nimes, with secure parking area. The apartment consists of two elegant twin bedrooms en suite. Fitted kitchen in natural wood leading from the TV. WIFI lounge/dining room.The main entrance in the lounge you can exit into the BBQ, patio area. The pool area is open from May to October .
