The apartment is located on a picturesque street in the old town. It has charm and we have so much more. The nights were quiet... not a noise... which is a serious asset in town. Communicating with Véronique is easy: in short, I recommend this apartment.

Perfect for us! We were 2 colleagues for a 2-day training in Chartres de Bretagne. Easy access, clean and quiet accommodation, self check-in, large free parking nearby, comfortable bedding, restaurants 10-15 minutes walk away, exactly what we needed.

Great hosting, Cristelle is friendly and responsive. The house is spacious and very comfortable from every point of view (sofa, quality bedding, etc.). It is particularly well equipped and clean, tastefully decorated. Convenient parking, city center within easy walking distance. Everything is planned to have a good time (tea, coffee, etc.). The terrace must be very nice under the sun. We had a great time, I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay. We primarily chose it because of the convenience of free private parking under the building which was very convenient, but also found it to be a very comfortable place to stay. It was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Rennes and there is a nearby pharmacy, grocery store and plenty of other shops too. It is also very close to the Musée de Bretagne and library which was great for our young son. Everything was clean and we found everything we needed in the kitchen too.

Great place, beautiful decor as well as great amenities, all its swimming in an led atmosphere that we can adjust ourselves. A huge room with its king size bed and as well as glamorous decoration, the host was very active and very kind, I recommend, consistent with the photos.

We spent two days in the accommodation. It was clean and functional. The only small downside is that you have to walk at least 500 m with a suitcase to get to the accommodation. Otherwise, it's true to the description. Have a good trip.

Stéphane was a super welcoming and attentive host. He recommended activities to us for our stay. Breakfast and the meal tray (requested at the last moment) were excellent. The price paid for the accommodation as well as the services offered by Stéphane is very good, hard to find better elsewhere :)
