This was our second stay at Nick's house. As before, Nick was responsive to messages beforehand. We were able to park right outside the house. It was all clean and tidy as before. Nick kindly added an extra guitar so both my kids had one. It was very convenient for us as we were in Newport for the marathon.

It was an amazing experience! We don’t often get to meet as a whole group so being able to find an air bnb suitable for 10 people at such a good rate was such a relief! Ibrahim was an amazing host who was quick to respond to any questions and he made everything about getting to the air bnb and parking up crystal clear!

Me and my partner spent 2 nights here. Great communication with Diane and David from the start and very quick to answer any questions before our getaway. We tied in our break with a day spent in Cardiff for the six nations, so the location was perfect for us - beautiful surroundings, easy to find and away from the hustle and bustle of a big city, which was a lovely! An extra thank you to David for making sure our travel arrangements on the Saturday were as easy and stress free as possible! Overall, a fantastic place to stay and we’ve already talked about coming back with friends and staying in both lodges! Thank you both :)

Walkers Log Cabin summer or winter cozy

AsiaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Wonderful little place with everything you need for a weekend away. In a really good location that is peaceful (really enjoyed listening to the birds!) but a very quick drive to a big Asda and a few fast food spots, so not super isolated. The cabin has a microwave, kettle, fridge and sink and we didn't feel it was lacking facilities. It's decorated very nicely, and the heater keeps it nice and warm inside. The bed is comfy and the shower is also very nice. We had a couple of local walks and then got lucky with a sunny day to explore the Brecon Beacons and climb Pen y Fan, which was ~30min drive away. The host is very friendly and was able to let us in when we'd arrived a little earlier than expected. She also left us some food essentials and creme eggs for Easter which was very appreciated! All in all a very good value for money place and a perfect spot to explore the Welsh countryside from.

Traditional 2 Bed House in Cardiff (free parking)

LyndseyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The house was perfect for our weekend in Cardiff to watch Wales V England, Six Nations. It was easy to walk to the Stadium and City Centre and we found a perfect place for breakfast nearby. The local shops were very handy too but we didn't need much as Sinead left us milk and bread and some delicious welsh cakes. I'd forgotten our tea bags but everything was provided. Parking was easy and Sinead sorted residents parking and as we arrived late at night this was especially helpful. . The neighbours we saw were friendly too. The house is very cosy with comfy beds and the bathroom was spotless. Everything had been thought of and we had plenty of towels. This is clearly a well loved home which we were lucky enough to use for a weekend when the city was exceptionally busy. Thank you.
