This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Studio with beautiful views of the Saanenland

Our approx. 350-year-old farmhouse contains a newly renovated studio. It is located just above the village of Saanen with beautiful views over large parts of the Saanenland. By car, it can be reached in approx. 5 minutes, whether coming from Schönried or Saanen. In between is the underpass with the turnoff to Unterbort/Abländschen. Always follow the signs for “Sonnenhof.” The underpass is also a bus stop. From there it is still a 15-minute walk to the studio. Pick-up service is possible.

Our cottage is located in a small village in the Vaudois alps at an altitude of 1400 m. 100 m from the main road children can play safely. In winter our chalet is located on the ski slopes giving access to the La Lécherette - Les Mosses estate without having to take the car and also for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails.
