Fantastic apartment, ideally located and close to all conveniences—parking, restaurants, attractions, and shops. The flat is very clean, lovely, and extremely well equipped. We were greeted with lots of thoughtful little touches on arrival. We had a wonderful family stay with our two children. George is very responsive and attentive. We highly recommend this place. We hope to return one day!

Casa fantastica, i proprietari ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo stati a casa nostra, ci hanno lasciato delle marmellate nel frigo e l’ultimo giorno ci hanno anche portato della torta fatta in casa. Ideale se si vuole stare tranquilli, a soli 20 minuti di macchina dal mare. Consiglio vivamente, se dovessi tornare nella zona lo prenoterei nuovamente.

The apartment is very nice. It's very clean, everything works and the beds are great. The AC in the living room cools the apartment and the fans in the bedrooms do the rest so you sleep comfortably even when it's hot. The balcony with a view of the castle on the hill is great, especially in the evening when the castle is illuminated. The location is also great, you are a few minutes walk away from the next bars and restaurants and can easily walk to the harbour area. There is usually also a spot free to park your car near the apartment. The host is very nice and professional and responded quickly to any question. Overall a great apartment.

unglaublich schöne Penthousewohnung mit zwei riesigen Dachterrassen und Blick auf Berge und Meer. Nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand mit Promenade und vielen Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Hervorragend eingerichtet und bis ins letzte durchdacht, es gab sogar Kühlpads im Eiskühlfach. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war sehr, angenehm, großartig war die Flexibilität beim ein und aus checken. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

A true hidden gem. We had a lovely stay in October. The temperature was ideal, not too hot not too cold. The terrain has two private beaches it felt very luxurious. Amazing view of the sun rise and sun set. We also enjoyed the garden with the friendly stray cats. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely come back!

Logement bien plus grand que ce qu'on pensait. Propreté impeccable. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit après avoir visité Mycènes et Nauplie mais nous aurions pu rester ici plus longtemps. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue. Hôte très accueillant, le chauffage avait été mis avant qu'on arrive.

Szerokie liście skutecznie zasłaniają przestrzeń od strony drogi (która jest piesza i nie jeżdżą po niej samochody), gdzie spacerują turyści. Z ogródka można bezpośrednio wyjść na uliczkę, przejść dosłownie kilka kroków i znaleźć się na przepięknej plaży – to prawdziwa przyjemność! W okolicy, tuż obok mieszkania, znajduje się wiele restauracji, a także urokliwe uliczki idealne na spacery. W jednej z pobliskich restauracji muzyka grała dość głośno, ale po zamknięciu drzwi hałas był praktycznie niesłyszalny, więc nic nie zakłócało naszego snu. Komunikacja z gospodarzem była znakomita – po raz kolejny utwierdziliśmy się w przekonaniu, jak cudownymi ludźmi są Grecy! Dziękuję!

Lots of facilities; the big barbecue and pool were our absolute favourite. 😉 Panos was a great host - very quick to respond and shares tips for places to see and restaurants. Just make sure to bring enough mosquito repellent, if you don’t want to end up as insect dinner.

Πρώτη φορά που έφτασε στο κινητό μου ΠΛΗΡΗΣ και αναλυτικός οδηγός τόσο για το δωμάτιο (λειτουργία κ.λπ), όσο και για την γύρω περιοχή. Μέχρι και τηλέφωνα για delivery είχε! Όσον αφορά στο δωμάτιο, πεντακάθαρη η ιδιωτική πισίνα καθώς και όλος ο χώρος, μοσχοβολιστες πετσέτες, μπουρνούζια και σεντόνια, αυτοματισμοί σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο, με άριστο γουστο φτιαγμένο το εσωτερικό. Value for money και με το παραπάνω! 5 στα 5 με τόνο! Μπράβο και πάλι μπράβο!!!!

Amazing House in Kiato near the beach!

Such a beautiful stay! The space was huge, we loved the upstairs veranda-we ended most nights out there looking at the sky and enjoying the peace. Aleka was the most amazing host, I was a bit nervous upon arrival regarding the location (city girl) but she took us on a quick drive to show us how close everything was. Under a 10 min walk to the beautiful beaches, restaurants, etc. The area was so beautiful, safe and authentic. Her and her husband dropped us to the station when we left which was so helpful! Special notes: -Definitely arrange for a ride from the train station if possible -the kitchen was wonderful and a grocery store (galaxy) is less than 10 min away so meals can be prepared at home too -a wonderful local taverna is just 3min away with delicious food and drink run by Kosta Overall, absolutely wonderful hosts, beautiful spacious house, lots of outdoor spaces, washing machine & drying rack was especially helpful! Thank you for making our Kiato stay so memorable!
