Remodeled Water Front Property with beautiful furnishings. There are two bedrooms, two baths, and a large lanai overlooking the canal. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to Chassahowitzka campgrounds, a bait shop, and a bar/restaurant. Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. Pet must be approved before check-in.

The ambiance, the outdoors space, the night sky, awaken to the rooster call in the morning, a walk along a quite country road, in all very enchanting for those that wish to spend some time on the farm away from it all.

Peaceful, pet-free 4/3 family getaway or work retreat on the a quiet part of the Rainbow River. Nestled in nature but minutes from restaurants, grocery and antique stores. Relax on the dock, expansive deck, screened porches or around a camp fire. Abundant outdoor activities including tubing, paddling, fishing, snorkeling, biking, etc. Pls note, 10 people max. For parties of 7+, there is a fee to unlock the 4th bedroom. No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.

Upon arrival read the local information guide I have written and start enjoying the “Nature Coast” of Florida. It is essential to read this to get the most from your trip. Use my kayaks and paddle over the manatees in Crystal River, fish the gulf for saltwater or freshwater fishing at Lake Rousseau, and take a leisurely paddle down the Rainbow River in Dunnellon. Kayaks are on a trailer that has a 1 7/8-inch ball.

Public boat ramp/campground 5 min. away . Great for scalloping season and kayaking year round. Front circular driveway and yard big enough to park your boat. Roku TV and Internet, no cable.

Hot tub on lower deck. No pets. Leave no trace!
