The room is very clean and neat. The landlord is very friendly while I communicated with her. The environment around the house is safe. It is a good choice for people who want to stay a night around Detroit.

Our host Ian is excellent and communicated perfectly. The rental is an awesome space to enjoy and is walkable to local shops and restaurants as well a very very short trip to downtown Royal Oak. Excellent area. We were able to enjoy the roof deck hot tub which was an excellent bonus during our stay. I definitely recommend if this space fits what you’re looking for. Again, excellent hosts. We will consider coming back.

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

A great location in a revitalizing neighborhood in midtown. Coffee and food options within a couple of blocks, on a street with a bike lane for easy riding to downtown and other hotspots.

She is very responsive, her home is squeaky clean it looks just like the pictures. It's a very quiet and peaceful neiborhood, I promise if you book her home you will not be disappointed. I had a wonderful stay at Joeleo’s place! The apartment was clean and the location was peaceful for studying and leisure. I am a student and the atmosphere made studying easier. Joeleo was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout my stay. The communication was smooth and prompt which made the booking process hassle-free. The condo was near our family in Livonia and was perfect, had enough room for two teenagers, everyone had their privacy, full kitchen and other amenities which made our stay convenient, great location, new appliances, etc., would stay at Northville Township Condo the next time we are in Michigan. The condo is very nice and Sequoyah has added the extras that made my stay great. The bedding was really soft and comfortable and the bed was adjustable!! I thought the phone charger cords for any kind of cell phone was a thoughtful touch and I appreciated the small refrigerator in the room. I only wish I had brought the sign-in information for the TV apps I subscribe to to use on Roku. This place was not far from my event and near shopping and restaurants. At first, I was not sure about going upstairs, but it wasn’t a big flight or difficult. Sequoyah met me outside and helped me carry my stuff. I thought that was considerate. The price was very reasonable and would, definitely, stay here again.

Clean, quiet, convenient and comfortable! Perfect for our long weekend in the area and we would absolutely stay again!
