Spring is a beautiful time of the year to visit the Black Hills! Our 120 year-old home is located within walking distance of Lynn's DakotaMart grocery store, The Hearst Library, Roundhouse Liquors, Shiver's Brewery, and a great breakfast venue, That Place. Lewie's Burgers and The Stampmill are a very short drive. It's a quick drive to Deadwood. You can be on the ski/hike/bike/snowmobile trails in 1-4 minutes. The Mining Museum and Sanford Lab are close by. Note: The house does NOT have Wifi.

Large picture windows highlight the living spaces, and the rough sawn deck reflects the perfect mountain escape for enjoying your morning coffee amongst the bent oak trees. Enjoy the wildlife that frequent this peaceful property while relaxing in the brand new hot tub.

This space is part of our home, the entire 1st floor of a 3 story home. (We live on upper floors) No smokers. No kids under 8 yrs. The space has: 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, outdoor space w/seating, grill, separate entry, food prep area with fridge, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, tea kettle, dishes, silverware (no kitchen sink). Quiet spot 4 miles from Spearfish. 42 acres with scenery, hiking trails & wildlife. Sorry but we will charge extra cleaning fee if you are a smoker.
