The Carriage House is the most peaceful place I have ever stayed in Lancaster County, PA (I have been visiting the area for over 40 years). The photographs of the property are stunning, but do not compare to the serenity we felt while visiting there. Even the decor was tranquil. Many hours were spent on the patio by the fire pit listening to the birds and the occasional Amish buggy going by in the distance. We had a long list of places to visit while in the area, but didn’t want to leave the Carriage House property ! Even though the location is quiet and out in the country, all of the shops and other activities are within a short drive. The Sight and Sound theater is also close by. Kayla is very accommodating, and quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely return to the Carriage House ~ thank you for offering such a lovely property.

While I’ve been to Lancaster a few times prior, I’ve never ventured there with a larger group. This house was a good fit for 7 people. The location is more Intercourse then actual Lancaster city- so keep in mind if you’re trying to be closer to the city, you’re about a 20ish min drive. That said, beautiful area. I will say, If you or someone is a light sleeper I would say to sleep toward the back of the house, as it’s semi close to a busy 2 lane road. Tractor trailers are frequently traveling along early in the morning. Apart from that, the house itself was beautiful. Lived up to expectations, hot tub was a lovely experience. Plenty of parking for multiple cars as well.

Kayla is a wonderful host. I appreciate everything she did for us. The home is immaculate and very comfortable. The beds are divine. Perfect neighborhood and perfect host!

This was our third stay at Rosemary's place. We love it here. So convenient to other places. Nearby quilt shops are a great bonus. It is peaceful and private, but at the same time, accessible to anything you desire. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. But ssshhh! Keep it a secret, lol.
