Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

My house is close to a small village, it is ideally located to discover all the beauty of our department (waterfalls, mountains, villages, castles, rivers, tours and walks, cheeses). You will appreciate the calm, comfort and facilities of the house. A private courtyard is there to enjoy the outside. Looking for a cozy, warm and functional place to spend a few days in our pretty department of Cantal? We will be delighted to host you in our pretty 32 m2 studio rated 3 stars. There is a fully equipped integrated kitchen, a nice bathroom, a sofa bed with a quality mattress and a table for 4 people. Guests can also take advantage of the pretty covered private courtyard for lunch or lounging on one of our deckchairs.

In a peaceful hamlet, 5 minutes' drive to downtown. It offers beautiful views of MAURIAC and the countryside. Trails, the lake and golf are within walking distance. Living room: 37 m2, bright with soft and relaxing colors with very well-equipped kitchen area and comfortable relaxation area. Bedrooms: approx. 10 m2, in warm or pastel colors with double bed. Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
