Small apartment in a good location, between the lake and the ocean, in a peaceful environment. The accommodation is clean, nicely decorated and has a nice terrace.

Apartment in a great location, spacious, well arranged and crossing. From the balcony overlooking the harbor and the park and rooms overlooking the church. It's super nice to have lunch with the rising sun. On the other hand, if like me, you are sensitive to noises don't forget your quiescent balls! But despite that, I had a great stay and I recommend this apartment in the heart of Royan.

Ideal accommodation for two, very well located 200 m from the shops, parking right next door is a real plus. The accommodation is impeccable and very well arranged The small terrace allows you to eat outside when the weather permits

Anne-Marie generously welcomed us with a basket more than stocked ( cider, cake,pineau...) . We fed the chickens that made us feel good with 3 eggs a day. We also enjoyed the vegetable garden. The house is renovated and spacious for 6 people, the garden with several terraces in the shade or sun to choose from, the library and games are available. Big garden nice for our dog. The beach is a 10-15 min walk, that of the great coast or the wild coast accessible by bike in 15 min or by car. Beautiful Palmyra Zoo nearby. Anne-Marie was available throughout the week, and very flexible on arrival/ departure times and good advice on restaurants and activities in the area. Central accommodation to visit La Tremblade in Saint Georges de Didonne, by car or bike (many bike paths). We highly recommend for families or groups of friends.

Manon's accommodation is very warm, functional, clean and consistent with photos. The yard can park a car. You just have to look a little bit for the entrance from the main street but once found, everything was fine. Manon is a responsive and attentive host. The location is within walking distance of Bourcefranc shops. The location also allows easy access by car to Oléron Island (10 min from Chateau d'Oléron for example) or to Palmyre Zoo. In summary a very nice stay, thank you Manon!

One of my best experiences on Airbnb. Before the booking Christine was super helpful and responsive. Their place is magical. Spacious and decorated in a lovely characterful way. We were 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a new born and everyone was happy. The bikes and child’s trailer were in good condition and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area with them. The location is perfect, the town of marennes is beautiful and peaceful. The market a few doors down is fantastic and we shopped there every day it was open. The large supermarket is a short walk away. The bakery next door was fantastic also. We spent every evening cooking in the large well equipped kitchen. A brilliant holiday that wouldn’t have been the same without this Airbnb - Thankyou Christine and Olivier!

We had a lovely stay. The house is very nice in a quiet and relaxing environment. It is very well equipped and functional. Muchic beach is easily reachable by a small path along the lake. That was perfect!

Francis was a lovely host, incredibly helpful and responsive, even picked us up from the train station. The house was gorgeous and modern, and the garden was a dream with many activities for friends and families. Would absolutely come back!

Very nice accommodation, very well equipped and perfectly located: close to the beach, central market, shops. We park the car nearby (always a spot) and you can do anything on foot. Great welcome, we were even able to anticipate the arrival time.

Cristine is a very warm and helpful host. The apartment is very nicely decorated and has a cozy terrace. Everything is very well thought out - the bunk bed for children is in the living room, but can be divided by curtains and transformed into a cozy cave. Children then have their privacy and adults a living room. There is everything you need for cooking, washing, etc. and the beach is only 5 minutes away. Especially great with younger children!

We had an excellent week with family at Cristina's place. The accommodation is clean which we appreciated the most is the fact that there are all the necessities and much more (condiments for cooking, laundry, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper...) Lidl, crossroads nearby. Very friendly residence, the excellent swimming pool. Cristina and her husband are great thank you for this very warm welcome, we highly recommend!

Gaël is a responsive and friendly host. The apartment corresponds to the description and was very clean. The decor is friendly and functional! Quiet residence. Very nice balcony!

Very well located apartment just across the beach and close to the city center. Very well equipped for a family of 5 with three large double lilies and a sofa bed. We can't get enough of the view from the terrace and living room no matter what time of day. We'll be happy to go back.
