Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Hello, this is the second time I have come to spend some time in this villa under the pine trees of Charente Maritime. A timeless place, with the beach nearby, a place where it's good to put down your suitcases, to consume without moderation. The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Quiet stay in the countryside with the sound of the river as background music. Ideal for large group stays. The house is spacious, very well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. There is nothing missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe discovery of the environment for all ages.

A nice relaxing time after a long motorcycle ride. Pool, fountain, lights, nice and well arranged natural space. a much-appreciated breakfast to start the day. i recommend it.

A little paradise As indicated on the house Great

We were attending Soulac 1900 festival and this place is on the street to the railway station and closer to the town. New Lidl store just beyond the railway station. Off road parking was a choice factor. Would've liked to have been advised earlier in booking that bed linen and towels are not provided. We could have brought them with us and avoided an unnecessary additional expense. Other than that we had a good time and Soulac 1900 festival is well worth experiencing from this house.

Beautiful address at the port of Meschers in a quiet environment, even if the restaurants and the port are a short walk from the rental. The house is even better in real life than in the photos! Very spacious, well-equipped, everything is there for a good time spent with family!

The ideal house to spend your holidays whether with friends or family! The accommodation is very well thought out, nothing is missing. The mezzanine is a magical place for children but also for adults! Yes, there is the superb location but also the accessibility of the place and the flexibility of our host. It's so fabulous that we'll remember the address to come back soon!

Sandra is very welcoming and responsive. She responds quickly to requests. The accommodation is nice and spacious. Beautiful living room in a cozy atmosphere. There were 2 of us with a baby. The size of the accommodation was perfect with a beautiful outdoor terrace. We had a great time in Avignon. The beach is 15/20 minutes walking. The icing on the cake is that Sandra has her beauty salon right next door. My wife took the opportunity to have a one-hour massage and she loved it. We will come back without hesitation.

On a business trip, we enjoyed the calm and comfort after the days at the embroidery show. Melanie was very available both on arrival and on departure. We'll be happy to book on our next visit 🌸🌿

House as described, everything was clean and available. The house is close to a roundabout but at this time (May) it was very quiet so no problem. Please note that the house is not closed to the outside so if there is a small child you will have to watch over them. Thanks to Karine for all the available information

Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

We had a great time at the Pergola. Despite a small inconvenience on arrival, our host was very responsive and reassured us immediately. the house is ideal for families, the enclosed garden, the bedroom configurations with dedicated bathrooms. really amazing. the house is very well-equipped. We had a lovely stay at Lucie's cottage, in a very quiet residential village at this time of year. We were able to enjoy the very clean and well-maintained pool. Close to the Grande Côte for the beach and walks and where we found a bike rental. The cottage is very clean, tastefully decorated, we didn't miss anything. The bedding is also very clean and the towels are good quality. In short, we will keep a good memory of this accommodation and we would not hesitate to come back.

We were greeted with a smile, we unfortunately missed the text from Cécile who had prepared the accommodation well before the scheduled time so that we could enjoy it.
