very clean home The accommodation is great for accommodating a family like us with a baby (there is a baby bed available) secure (just the steps to be careful when you get out of the jacuzzi because it's slippery and there is no railing)

We liked this apartment and everything was as described. Checkin with friendly Antoin was very easy at 3:00, and he was available all afternoon and evening if we needed anything, because he works at the bar at the ground floor of the building. The location is in the center of the pedestrian district, close to everything we wanted to visit. There was noise from the nearby bars and restaurants, but no traffic noise. With earplugs and the windows closed we had silence and no problems sleeping. Highly recommend this place!

Stylish and comfortable mezzanine apartment, second and top floor of the building (no lift). Well equipped, cosy kitchen/dinning area and a great bathroom! All very clean and in a great, quiet area within easy walk of the old town and super range of cafes and restaurants. Recommend and hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay as a family at this place. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the jacuzzi to the pool, to the cleanliness and comfort of the place. Sylvie was an exceptional host: welcoming, caring and of rare kindness. She did everything to make us feel comfortable, and that was from the moment we arrived. Everything was planned for the comfort of my 9-month-old twins as well as for my 8-year-old son. We leave with very nice memories and the desire to come back! Pleasant accommodation, clean and nicely decorated. We were hosted very well, with a delicious cake upon arrival, which was a particularly appreciated touch! The equipment is complete and perfectly thought out: everything is there, whether for cooking, relaxing or feeling at home (towels, leisure, etc.). The place is quiet and the accommodation typical, which adds a lot of charm to the stay. I recommend it without hesitating!

We had a lovely weekend at Jacques and Eric's! They're really thoughtful hosts who take pleasure in connecting with you. The house and its garden are superb, very quiet and surrounded by fields. Everything is spotless, we really liked the possibility of turning the double beds into single beds, having come for a weekend with friends. We'll be happy to go back!

Just a quick note for people sensitive to heat, the 2nd floor bedroom is very hot, it would be advisable to install air conditioning.

The house is very charming and the view is magical. Severine is the most gracious, welcoming host I’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. She is responsive, helpful and very thoughtful providing guests with specialized recommendations and an abundance of amenities. The kitchen was well equipped and everything a home cook could ask for! You can see the love that has gone into the home and how that has translated to sharing that love with guests.

This apartment was furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard. The quality of everything was exceptional. We were able to use a bus to get into town really easily. The development is brand new and very quiet. Highly recommended! Thank you Thomas

I would recommend this place for a long stay. The proximity to the residents is very pleasant, all the staff of the residence go in 4 to bring you satisfaction. You have to live in this environment to bring joy, listening and sympathy and remember that you are not the "priority", you are welcomed with generosity! The residents' meeting is rewarding. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay easier and for giving me your attention.

We had a lovely stop over here in Rouen. The view from the apartment is beautiful and it is so close to everything in the city.

100% recommended. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is very nice. Sofia was always attentive to us. I traveled with my husband and 2-year-old baby. I would definitely stay here again.

El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.

Great apartment, easy check in, great communication. Location good, 10min walk to the river, lots to do and plenty of great restaurants. 20min walk into the city. Parking is free on the nearby streets, we had to drive around a few times to find one. Apartment lovely and clean, everything you need.

Alain welcomed us to his home. He explained everything to us in great detail. The accommodation is located in a quiet residence and close to public transport. For the bravest, the city center is a 15-minute walk away. I would highly recommend it
