Lovely upstairs unit in Stintino with a courtyard. The apartment is located within the house (upstairs unit). Kitchen and living room decor was very cute but did not include any soap, simple toiletries which would have been nice. A few A/C units across the rooms. Walk to town is around 10 minutes but you will need a car for beaches, etc.

Logement très bien situé pour découvrir le secteur de la plage Pelosa, la ville d'Alghéro, et le nord de l'île, à la journée. Proximité de plusieurs plages et de commodité très appréciée. Résidence calme donnant accès directement à une plage partagée avec les autres logements. Logement fonctionnel, adapté pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants, pratique, avec une partie ombragée que nous avons régulièrement sollicitée compte tenu de la chaleur de l'été. Notre arrivée s'est faite sans problème et Alessia a été très réactive quand nous avions des questions pratiques à propos du logement. Au top pour découvrir cette partie de l'île à la journée puis pour se poser à l'ombre et profiter d'un logement au calme.

Notre séjour chez Maurizio a été tout simplement génial. La vue à couper le souffle et les différents espaces aménagés sur le domaine, parfaits pour contempler le magnifique coucher de soleil, ont rendu l’expérience inoubliable. Maurizio est un hôte attentionné, avec de délicates attentions comme le vin de Sardaigne offert à l’arrivée et un accueil irréprochable. Le petit livret d’accueil est charmant et très utile. Le confort de la literie est excellent, et la douche est vraiment idéale. Concernant les petites plages accessibles à pied, il faut noter que les sentiers sont peu indiqués, parfois étroits, et que certaines de ces plages sont moins accueillantes que d'autres de la région. Cela dit, la plage très populaire de La Pelosa, à environ 20 minutes en voiture, est un incontournable à ne pas manquer. Bref, nous recommandons tout à fait un séjour chez Maurizio !

Ottima vacanza di inizio settembre in questa casa, zona tranquilla dalla quale con la macchina si possono raggiungere luoghi incantevoli, casa ampia, ben organizzata e funzionale.
