Lovely upstairs unit in Stintino with a courtyard. The apartment is located within the house (upstairs unit). Kitchen and living room decor was very cute but did not include any soap, simple toiletries which would have been nice. A few A/C units across the rooms. Walk to town is around 10 minutes but you will need a car for beaches, etc.

Very well located accommodation for discovering the Pelosa beach area, the city of Alghéro, and the north of the island, during the day. Close to several beaches and highly appreciated convenience. Quiet residence with direct access to a beach shared with other listings. Functional accommodation, suitable for 2 adults and 3 children, practical, with a shaded part that we regularly requested given the summer heat. Our arrival was smooth and Alessia was very responsive when we had practical questions about the place. Excellent for discovering this part of the island during the day and then settling in the shade and enjoying a quiet accommodation.

Our stay at Maurizio's was just great. The breathtaking views and the different spaces on the estate, perfect for contemplating the magnificent sunset, made the experience unforgettable. Maurizio is a thoughtful host, with delicate touches such as Sardinian wine offered on arrival and impeccable hospitality. The little welcome booklet is lovely and very useful. The comfort of the bedding is excellent, and the shower is really ideal. Regarding the small beaches accessible on foot, it should be noted that the trails are poorly signposted, sometimes narrow, and that some of these beaches are less welcoming than others in the region. That said, the very popular beach of La Pelosa, about 20 minutes' drive, is a must-see. In short, we highly recommend a stay at Maurizio's!

Great vacation at the beginning of September in this house, a quiet area from which you can reach charming places by car, large, well organized and functional house.

Perfect experience, beautiful house and furata in every detail,complete with everything and everything perfectly in order. There are 5 of us, adequate size of the apartment. Impeccable and absolutely recommended.
