Bouganvillee and Coulungiones (IUN code: R1528)

PoppyRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Lovely upstairs unit in Stintino with a courtyard. The apartment is located within the house (upstairs unit). Kitchen and living room decor was very cute but did not include any soap, simple toiletries which would have been nice. A few A/C units across the rooms. Walk to town is around 10 minutes but you will need a car for beaches, etc.
The image captures a modern kitchenette featuring a sleek countertop and an induction plate. Large glass doors provide access to a balcony area with a small dining table and chairs, framed by flowing curtains. Natural light enhances the open feel of the space.

Beautiful studio apartment with a terrace overlooking the sea

SerenaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The apartment was clean and tidy. Very convenient location to reach the beaches (even the most famous) on foot and close to a well-stocked supermarket. Stefano was very helpful and very kind. But above all, the sea view beer from the terrace of the first evening I will not forget easily. See you soon!

Great place to stay with a beautiful view to the sea. Superbly equipped, very nicely decorated house. Very clean. Nice and fast communication. We were very satisfied and would visit the accommodation again immediately. Thank you for the lovely stay
The image displays clear turquoise waters gently lapping the shoreline, revealing a rocky coastline in the background. A mountainous landscape is visible beyond the water, showcasing natural formations and greenery under a clear blue sky.

Houses for rent with fantastic Pool and Garden

IanRating, 5 stars10 months ago
John's house was very clean and spacious. 4 good bedrooms all with air conditioning. Kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. The outside area was spacious with of course a good size pool. John was always immediately available for any queries we had throughout the week we stayed. He messaged me before our visit to give some useful information on things to do and places to eat. Anyone looking to stay in the beautiful area of Stintino, then look no further than Johns lovely house.
A covered patio reveals stunning views of the sea, framed by vibrant greenery and blooming flowers. A wooden bench and two white chairs provide comfortable seating, allowing guests to enjoy the serene atmosphere. The tiled floor enhances the charm of this outdoor space.

View Villa, over the enchanting Pelosa Beach

NinaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Tremendously enjoyed our stay at Roberto's house. the location is stunning, the property looks even better in real life. Roberto is extremely helpful with all the recommendations - you can see how well he knows the area so you can really experience the area from the locals point of view. The beaches are amazing - we went to Gabbiano beach ( book the sun loungers!) and also tried our local beach La Pelosetta. Loved this stop as part of our Sardinian experience. Will come back again!

Villa with pool Costa Paradiso

We felt at home from the moment Antonio greeted us with a selection of fine Sardinian sweets and drinks. He was always ready to help us if we contacted him during our stay. The view from the villa was breathtaking, and each day we waited in anticipation for the sunset over the beautiful waters of the Mediterranean. We enjoyed the local restaurants and day trip options at a leisurely pace. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we prepared some dinners on the stove and grill. We highly recommend this wonderful villa.
An aerial view captures a coastal landscape featuring a resort complex near the shore. Multiple buildings are visible, surrounded by green areas and pathways leading towards the beach. The clear water contrasts with the sandy terrain, enhancing the natural beauty of the surrounding environment.

Villetta 'La Luna'

NicoletaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
A wonderful house right on the seashore, quiet(we were lucky enough to not be too many tourists in the area),equipped with everything you need(with a small suggestion for the host,a coffee maker would be welcome, it is hard to make coffee for 4-5 people just at the machineta). It is necessary a car to get around the surroundings,to the wonderful beaches offered by the island. Thank you to the hosts for the wonderful cake, for the suggestions made(very good restaurants nearby, and places to visit) and for good communication.

Pelosa - Stintino / Stunning House Seaview

RichardRating, 5 stars3 days ago
I had a wonderful stay in Stintino, thanks entirely to the impeccable home and our amazing host, Valentina. The house is spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—clearly prepared with care. Valentina went above and beyond, even stocking the fridge with wine, champagne, pasta, cheese, and more—a truly thoughtful touch. A couple of things to note: the beach is a 10–15 minute walk downhill, but the return is steep and takes longer. The area is quiet, with limited restaurants and not much to do—La Pelosetta wasn’t great, in my opinion. Overall, the surroundings felt overpriced and overrated. if you’re after peace, comfort, and a warm welcome, this is the perfect spot. Just don’t expect much nightlife or variety nearby. Many thanks
