Antonio was very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, he offered us the apartment initially booked (identical to the photos in every way) or to change to the neighboring apartment because the dishwasher had just broken down in the 1st apartment. It was very nice of him and we opted for the 2nd apartment: just as well equipped and new. The view of the vineyards is absolutely amazing. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities offered but we still managed to take a short dip in the heated pool: a treat! The bedding is extremely comfortable. Just to know that the apartments are along the road at the entrance to the small village: but little traffic, and no associated nuisance for us. The listing is very true to life. We recommend this place without a second thought and will gladly come back to this peaceful retreat.

Pleasant stay in a bright and super equipped apartment!! The decor is great and the kitchen works perfectly. You will be a short walk from local shops and restaurants, but can still enjoy an Olympian calm. Thank you to our host Myriam for her kindness and availability. Our second stay in Sète and undoubtedly the best!

The apartment is very well located and despite the lack of parking it is easy to park nearby (off season). The neighborhood offers all amenities, I recommend the "chez Penda" kiosk right next door to have a salty aperitif (seafood platters made to order and served with a glass of white wine) at a very reasonable price. Small downside on the cleanliness of the floor, sticky under the socks upon arrival. I had to mop on arrival but I imagine it was negligence on the part of the former occupants. Apart from that, the apartment was very functional from every point of view and overall very clean.

Beautiful accommodation with a parking space right outside the door, spacious rooms, a beautifully decorated living room/sam, a nice and well-equipped modern kitchen. And to relax, reading and a small garden where you can eat or bask. Not far from everything, 20 minutes' walk to Place de la Comédie (or by tram), 15 minutes to Port Marianne. Manuel, the host is nice, clear instructions. I would highly recommend it.

Excellent welcome from Claire and Ping, traveling to see a concert in the arenas, I recommend this spotless place, service and apartment, Claire and Ping are remarkably kind and discreet. And above all, don't hesitate to go to dinner in Ping's restaurant, it's really excellent. In short, if I come back to Beziers, I would stop at Claire and Ping's place again.

Christine's place was as advertised with a nice surprise the rooftop! Well equipped accommodation, the bathroom in each room is a real plus! We had a long stay at Florent and Jennifer's and everything was perfect. The accommodation is fully equipped, very clean, comfortable and quiet. We felt at home, we couldn't have asked for more! We spent a week in this home and were very satisfied. The accommodation is well maintained and the kitchen is very functional. Everything is within walking distance. I would like to point out that the person who takes care of the rentals is very nice and above all very responsive, everything is well notified in the accommodation and especially before arrival!!!! A wonderful guest book is available to see everything in detail, well done Ingrid! Looking forward to staying with you again to spend a wonderful week by the sea. 🪼🐙⛴️🌊
