Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Beaune Nuits: neat house, stove, very quiet

Former farmhouse renovated on 2 floors: very quiet, with all comforts! Nuits Saint Georges à 10min, Beaune 15min, highway 10min. Ideal base for visiting the vineyards. Wood-burning stove in front of a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, smart TV, board games and outdoor games, barbecue, etc. Private parking, courtyard and garden. Breakfast, pastries, wines and local beers (extra charge). Families welcome.

Come and discover a bubble of calm and greenery, in the heart of the charming village of Arlay, Petite Cité Comtoise de Caractère and capital of straw wine. This gîte will allow you to combine relaxation and discoveries of the region. Close to the river, fishing, walks, visit to cellars, vineyard, castle... Ideally located on the Jura Wine Route, near Lons-le-Saunier, Château-Châlon, Baumes-les-Messieurs, less than 1 hour from the lake region, Hedgehog Falls, Dole, Arbois, Louhans...

Chalet - Swimming Pool & Private Hot Tub & Animal Park

Charming, friendly, air-conditioned and elegant chalet of 40m2 spread over 2 levels with bedroom and TV area upstairs. Beautiful private garden of 400m2 with views of the countryside, cows and geese… In Bresse on the border with Jura (2km). Quietude, 15 minutes from the Louhans market, the fruit farms in Comté, the Jura vineyards, less than 1 hour from those of Burgundy and 1h30 from Fort des Rousses. 35 minutes from Lakes Vouglans or waterfalls.

Les Arbois Camping Gîte

This charming cottage used to be the communal baker's cottage of the street, where local residents came to bake their bread. Now a tasteful and comfortable tiny house. Enjoy modern conveniences such as underfloor heating and a lovely rain shower. The cozy bed on the loft, accessible via a staircase, gives the cottage extra charm. Please note that this is less suitable for people with difficulty walking. There is a sofa bed downstairs, though.

Ideally located between Franche-Comté and Burgundy, duplex apartment, including an equipped kitchen, bathroom, dry toilet, living room and bedroom. This accommodation is located in a detached house, surrounded by a 1.5 hectare property, by the river. If you love nature, wide open spaces and the tranquility of the countryside, don't hesitate... Pets are welcome, possibility of accommodation and pasture for horses and donkeys.

Come and recharge your batteries in a peaceful and wooded location! The Gîte des Roses welcomes you for your reunions with family or friends. All amenities are at your disposal, and a multitude of activities are offered (fire pit, billiards, foosball, darts, molkky, library, board games, etc.) Nearby you can pet lots of little animals (goats, chickens, sheep, horses, cows)!
