A 1h30 de Paris. Très belle longère du 19ème siècle, décorée par architecte. Jardin de 3500 m² sans vis à vis, comme un petit parc avec de beaux et grands arbres. Calme & nature au rdv. Beau salon cosy et cuisine ouverte de 40m² avec un poêle très appréciable l'hiver. 4 grandes chambres. 2 salles de bain. La maison est en lisière de foret, idéal pour les balades ou le footing . Salon extérieur, chaises longues, parasol, table de ping pong et barbecue. Très bon WiFi grâce à la fibre.
