A former watermill restored into a stunning gîte, the property boasts beautifully landscaped gardens with an array of native woodland flowers; a picturesque pond where you can see small trout leaping from the water; a natural stream running across the gardens and a small waterfall flowing down one side of the gîte.

Thalasso, shops, market and port of Tréboul are a 5-minute drive away. Hiking shoes on, it is the GR 34 that awaits you from the cottage .

This gite has been designed for families . It can accommodate 6 people with the possibility of installing an additional bed. It is also appreciated by groups of adults. The main room is large enough to accommodate 6-8 guests. It has a fireplace. The terrace faces south with an awning to protect from the sun in the summer. The expansive lawn in front of the cottage is a perfect playground for the kids. We provide our guests with a swing.

You'll love my place because of the views and the comfort. It is good for couples. My accommodation is located at the RHU Port near Tristan Island and the marina of Tréboul. You can access the city center of Douarnenez, the beach, the 3 ports of Rosmeur, RHU and Tréboul on foot. Close to bars and restaurants and in Tréboul the Thalasso center. My apartment is on the 3rd and top floor. For parking no problem 2 free parking lots nearby.

The apartment is located in the heart of Douarnenez, an ideal location for a very nice vacation, everything is within walking distance: port museum, city center, beach, shops, cafes and restaurants with terraces, Tourist Office 500 m away. On the third floor of a secure residence with a bird's eye and panoramic view of the entire Port Rhu. The apartment is large and very bright. Wi-Fi with fiber optics.

You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage.
