Great for breakfast or lunch in the sun :-) The location is great: - The slopes are 400 m away on foot. - Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trail at the foot of the building. - The baths and the small cinema are 200 m away. - Bakery, Sherpa, restaurants and shops are 300 m away. Welcome to the jewel of Monêtier, located in the beautiful typical village of Le Monêtier Les Bains at 1500 m altitude. Our apartment is new, delivered in July 2024 with a magnificent view of the mountains of the Serre Chevalier valley. It offers all the comfort and serenity for 6 people with its 70 m2 garden, garage, heated ski locker and bike storage. Excellent location, close to the ski slopes (alpine and cross-country) 10 min walk, different hiking trails.

Old 18th century house in the center of the hamlet of Freyssinet. The house is being renovated hence the price. It is correct and clean as the photos attest but is not finished. It can accommodate 8-9 people on 2 floors: Downstairs: kitchen, dining and living room. Upstairs: bathroom, two bedrooms plus a dormitory overlooking the balcony. Heating is provided by a very high quality pellet stove. Adjoining the house, a private garden of 150 m2.

We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.
