Great for breakfast or lunch in the sun :-) The location is great: - The slopes are 400 m away on foot. - Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trail at the foot of the building. - The baths and the small cinema are 200 m away. - Bakery, Sherpa, restaurants and shops are 300 m away. Welcome to the jewel of Monêtier, located in the beautiful typical village of Le Monêtier Les Bains at 1500 m altitude. Our apartment is new, delivered in July 2024 with a magnificent view of the mountains of the Serre Chevalier valley. It offers all the comfort and serenity for 6 people with its 70 m2 garden, garage, heated ski locker and bike storage. Excellent location, close to the ski slopes (alpine and cross-country) 10 min walk, different hiking trails.

It is located 200 m from the center of the village and 5 minutes by shuttle (free) from the bottom of the slopes or the large thermal baths of Monêtier.

Facing south, the bay window overlooking the terrace and garden will allow you to fully enjoy the sunny climate of the region.
