The apartment's area is 55 m²+ 25 m² terrace Lying in a deckchair on the south-facing terrace, enjoy the panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains of the Southern Alps, without any vis-à-vis. When it's cold outside, warm up in front the chimney, sitting in a cozy club chair: you can imagine yourself in an old chalet of yesteryear... nevertheless equipped with wifi, television and everything modern comfort.

SKI LOCKER INCLUDED at the foot of the slopes (ski season). Immediate access to the Pantalon climbing site, river 50 meters away, local wildlife visible from the apartment!

Our apartment is new, delivered in July 2024 with a magnificent view of the mountains of the Serre Chevalier valley. It offers all the comfort and serenity for 6 people with its 70 m2 garden, garage, heated ski locker and bike storage. Excellent location, close to the ski slopes (alpine and cross-country) 10 min walk, different hiking trails.

Discover our charming 40 m² duplex, nestled in the heart of the village of Monêtier-les-Bains, with its 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen and balcony with mountain view. Located a 2-minute walk to the village center and 200 meters to the shuttle to the ski area, it offers easy access to all amenities. Ideal for ski holidays or mountain getaways in any season (hiking, cycling, climbing, via ferrata, etc.) or enjoy the Grands Bains.

This charming south-facing studio, cozy, comfortable and equipped, welcomes you for your stays! The village center, its shops, bars and restaurants, is 200 m from the residence. Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
