Relax at this enchanting riverside house that was the bakery many years ago. Lovely views all around the house and isolated so you can sit in the garden and listen to the river but know that you are five minutes from St Hilaire du harcouet. The river is next to the property with a large patio area to relax in and a lovely place for walks. There is also fishing sites just outside the property. See on line for fishing restrictions. It is also 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel.

The 17th Century Manor House

Set in the picturesque village of Villechien within easy reach of the market towns of Mortain and Saint Hilaire Du Harcouet. This charming Manoir was built in 1743 and has been sympathetically renovated, still retaining many of the original features. The charming accommodation is available for bookings up to 4 people. Our old bakery is part of our farmhouse. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, an attic bedroom has 3 independent beds. Outside, our guests have access to a private terrace with garden furniture. Wi-Fi is free. Breakfast (peasant bread, jam) is available on request for 5 euros per person. Close to the greenway, walkers will appreciate this stop.
