Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Happy Valley is situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside at the end of a no-through road so no noisy passing traffic! It shares the site with our main home and 2 other gites. We're about 45 minutes from Mont St Michel; an hour from Bayeaux, Caen, Mayenne and Fougeres. It's another half an hour to the famous D-Day beaches. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do and of course lots of French markets and vide-greniers!

Visit the waterfalls at Mortain, Hill 314 and the petit chapel celebrating 80 years of liberation in 2024. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.
