The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

The "Atelier des rêves" cottage welcomes you 200 m from the beach, for 2 to 4 people. The Little Farm of Cotentin

La Petite Ferme du Cotentin is a typical longhouse in a village. Its interior is sober and warm. The decor and the atmosphere are made of raw and soft materials, they play with brightness. A great place to stay in summer and winter. Ideal for visiting the English Channel, from north to south, East to the West or taking a jump to the Channel Islands. A large sandy beach is 5 minutes by car or bike by small roads. The old miller's ladder leads you upstairs. .

Family home in the countryside/by the sea

Longère located in a quiet and green hamlet of the Cotentine countryside and close to the sea (a few km from the beaches of Portbail-sur-mer). Constantly renovated to improve comfort every year, it has a 800 m2 garden with trees and flowers, a pergola and a large terrace to enjoy a full south-west sunbathing. Possibility to extend to 7-8 beds (2 sofa beds) Beyond a consumption of 40kwh per day, the kW will be charged at the price of 20 cents.

Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.

The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

Nestled on private land where our family house is also located (also offered for rent), this small house is carefully managed by a concierge in our absence.
