Corinne and Philipe welcome you to their cottage "la petite boulangerie" in the heart of the village of Le Menoux ideally located 5 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse (nicknamed the Green Venice of Berry) and 7 km from the A20 access. The calm and the birdsong will lull your nights. You will have the privilege of discovering our village which contains a real treasure. The artist Carrasco expressed all his art there. The small bakery with its old bread oven has been converted into a small cozy nest.

Accommodation on the first floor of a townhouse, 5 minutes from all shops by bike. (Access via exterior stairs). Parking across the street from the listing to park your vehicle. The kitchen includes a microwave, oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob. You will also find a bedroom with a 140 bed and a living room with a single bed. - 10 mins to the downtown by bike - public parking lot in front of the apartment or 1 min to another public parking lot - apparently upstairs

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.

Very good communication, quick return. Very clean and cozy accommodation. The bathroom is on the first floor on the landing, so it's best to be with family. Very well placed, next to the CINECCITTA restaurant, a treat.

We had a pleasant stay in Nicolas's house. The house is great, very clean and well laid out, equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The large garden and terrace are very nice for enjoying sunny days. There are several GR paths that start near the house, a small beach with a playground on the edge of the Creuse is a 5-min walk; the village of Gargilesse and Lake Eguzon are a 10-min drive with beautiful walks also around. We strongly recommend this cottage

We were hosted very well, communication is easy, pleasant and our host is also very responsive. The house, in a peaceful area, is as described, clean and we did not want for anything. In summary, we had a lovely stay and can only leave one comment to potential future tenants: "You can go there without so much as a second thought!"

Zen house 3 minutes from Argenton

A few weeks ago, we had the experience that Maison Zen is the ultimate address for an overnight stay on the way south. We were so impressed that we rented this accommodation for another week. Erick is very respectful, nice and cooperative. And again, it was a sublime experience. It is exceptionally quiet outside day and night. We never heard the neighbors around. Huge advantage is the privacy we experienced in the garden and by the pool. No one can look into the garden. It was 35 degrees, but thanks to the thick walls it stayed wonderfully cool inside. The bedrooms upstairs have fans and therefore we could sleep wonderfully. There is a Carrefour nearby, many excellent restaurants and many attractions within a short distance. Colorful church painted by Carrasco, Maison George Sand, the artists' village of Gargilesse Dampierre, Parc des Parelles Crevant, Passerelle Hymalayan, Archaeological Museum with garden full of Roman excavations, Argenton-sur-Creuse, etc.
