La Villa Claudia au Domaine les Palmiers

La villa Claudia (6 couchages, 150m2) fait partie du Domaine des Palmiers qui se compose de trois villas indépendantes. Les deux autres villas ne sont pas à la location. La maison est entourée par un hectare de pinède et jardin, avec amandiers, figuiers et citronniers. Cette maison a été l'atelier du peintre Jean Miotte (1926-2016), c'est un endroit baigné de lumière. En hiver, la belle cheminée centrale permet d'apprécier les soirées au coin du feu tout en profitant de la Provence la journée.

Je vous présente la Bergerie des Restanques : elle fait une trentaine de m2, en pleine campagne. Les amoureux de la nature apprécieront son toit terrasse, ses chênes centenaires, ainsi que son poêle à bois. Ce charmant gîte insolite indépendant et typiquement provencal, est idéalement situé dans le village de Besse sur Issole, sur un terrain de 5000 m2 (sur lequel nous vivons avec nos chevaux, poules, chat, chiens..) entre lacs, mer et montagnes, à 1h du Verdon.
