Have fun finding all the details of the marine world in the rooms, then go out on the terrace and admire the blue of the water for yourself. On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a sea view. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple with or without children who, thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. Fezzano is located in the middle of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km and is connected to these two locations by public transport that runs about every half hour. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. Indipendent flat with separate entrance and private bathroom , 20 mt from the sea. Good base to visit 5 terre by boat or to simple relaxing in a quite sea village with a balanced tourism, quite and really appreciate by tourists. Air conditioning available!! Parking friendly ! As alternative location i can offer a lovely attic or a flat fully equiped in La Spezia close to 5terre train station , ideal if you trip with pubblic transportation (no car) at best price! The sea at home

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

Happy Betti is located on the first floor in a courtyard in the historic center in the old port area. The central location allows you to reach bathing beaches and the vaporetto dock for Portovenere or Palmaria Island (available from July and throughout August) in a few steps. A few meters from shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket and dinghy rental. The apartment is equipped with complete linens. Tilly is located in the village of Le Grazie, near the beautiful Cinque Terre, the romantic Portovenere and the wonderful Palmaria Island. On the 4th and top floor with elevator of a building without architectural barriers, recently renovated. It consists of two bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and a spectacular terrace that surrounds it entirely. Parking in private parking lot.

This newly renovated cottage is situated in a historic private estate immersed among secular olive trees and stone walls. The whole living space, which includes an entirely equipped kitchen, opens on the terrace thanks to the huge patio window offering a breathtaking view on the Gulf of Portovenere. There are two separate bedrooms with closets and French windows opening on the terrace, and a bathroom. The laundry area is in a separate adjoining space.
