Appartement idéalement placé à côté de tous les commerces, de la gare et des cinq terres. Mirco est super sympa il sera toujours disponible pour vous et l appartement est idéal pour un couple il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Petit plus pour la petite cour intérieur au calme. À recommander sans hésiter.

We had a great time at Caterina’s place. 6 of us stayed there and was great to all have our own bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house and gardens had plenty of space to mingle together or to spread out and do our own thing. The location was so peaceful and the views incredible. Not great if you struggle with walking uphill and there are lots of steps to and from the train station and village. Although there is a shuttle bus. Was great to visit all the Cinque Terre towns but not to stay in the hustle and bustle. Great stay and can’t thank Caterina enough, it is a beautiful place to stay!

Alessia et Carlo sont des hôtes comme nous aimerions en voir de partout : disponibilité, réactivité, gentillesse, accueil, et serviabilité sont au rendez-vous. Ils sont d'excellent conseils et d'une patience incroyable pour quiconque ne maitrise pas l'italien. La maison est idéalement située à 10 minutes en voiture de La Spézia et Alessia vous donnera tous les bons tuyaux pour se stationner gratuitement près de la gare. Non loin du golf des poètes et de Portovenere, le village de Ricco del Golfo est au calme et avec des commerces de proximités très agréables (pasticeria, cafeteria, restaurant très bon marché) . Quand à la maison, elle est spacieuse, très pratique, bien équipée comme annoncée et propreté irréprochable. Nous avons aimé la proximité immédiate pour les cinque terre, le golf des poètes mais aussi la proximité avec la Toscane car nous avons en effet pu, depuis la maison partir sur la Toscane et visiter Florence Sienne et Pise. È stata una bellissima esperienza, in una casa che dire perfetta è dire poco: parcheggio privato, casa fornitissima di tutto, molto pulita, silenziosa, un ottimo materasso, anche la possibilità di mangiare fuori grazie ad un terrazzino privato. Il tutto inserito nel contesto del piccolo paese di Pitelli, una frazione a 8 km da La Spezia, che dispone di un ottimo supermarket, una pizzeria, un circolo Arci, una macelleria ed anche una farmacia! Tutto a 3/4 minuti massimo a piedi da casa. Posizione invidiabile, servizio da parte dell'host impeccabile e attento alle nostre esigenze: non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Wir waren über Weihnachten und Sylvester dort… Das kleine ligurische Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung… es ist schön, aber etwas eng und die steile Treppe mitunter lästig. .. Leider ist auch der Parkplatz etwas entfernt und auch in der Wintersaison recht voll. Roberta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns persönlich sehr herzlich mit zahlreichen Präsenten begrüßt und sich viel Zeit für unsere Einweisung genommen. Auch als es später abends Probleme mit dem Wasser gab, hat sie sich sofort eingesetzt und das Problem kurzfristig behoben… Herzlichen Dank an Roberta für ihre freundliche und hilfreiche Betreuung und für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Auch wenn der Strand etwas entfern ist, ist das Haus eine Perle! Wir wünschen alles Gute für das Neue Jahr! Gabi und Falko

This accommodation was so incredible , I actually got teary eyed when the host opened the house up for us , We felt like we were in a fairy tale . The views are panoramic and breath taking . You can see a castle across the valley ! It’s a quiet tranquil town , with interesting history . The house is charming and decorated very tastefully . My kids are already talking about how they want to come back some day . Thank you again ❤️

second time staying here and super grateful to have been able to enjoy a peaceful week in these incomparable surroundings. if you like walking and being close to nature this place is amazing. great patio to enjoy the fantastic panorama. I did many hours of work there at the computer and with warm sunny weather it made for an amazing spot to write/work in. the sentiero azzurro and further trails in the area are so beautiful. it is invigorating and refreshing to walk here. kitchen is compact but does the job nicely cooking for two. shops and eateries half an hour (I walk quite quickly) away in Vernazza or Corniglia. hope to come back soon. thank you Aranit, Pier Paolo and Mirjan!

Casa dotata di tutte le comodità, posizione tranquilla e riparata, splendida vista dal balcone, la casa è adatta a chi desidera stare nel silenzio totale e completamente immerso nel verde. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e tranquillo, Marco è stato gentile e super reattivo 👍🏻 Ottima esperienza!

Wat een waanzinnige plek. Het is daar zo mooi en je kan er heerlijk wandelen. De locatie is echt waanzinnig met mooi uitzicht en het is heerlijk rustig. Je hoort de kerkklokken wel, maar dat vond ik juist wat hebben. Je bevind je in een klein dorpje waar je te gast bent maar je hebt het niet door. Het huis was ook fantastisch, met een goede badkamer en slaapkamer. Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful old house. The property has much character, original details, and a peaceful, timeless atmosphere. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really made it special was the view — absolutely breathtaking. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the terrace or winding down in the evening, the scenery was a highlight. The host was responsive and friendly, and check-in was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet retreat with charm and great views. Would definitely come back!

Fabrizia ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Man fühlt sich wohl im Haus, und hat von den Schlafzimmern aus eine wunderschöne Aussicht! Der Garten ist phantastisch, vor allem um gemütlich zu kochen und die Abende zu genießen. Vielen Dank!

Stayed here with my family , it was wonderful for the kids they had the best time ! I would say very hard to get to with all your luggage had to walk up lots of stairs but that comes with staying in this town! All in all great place to stay and had a very relaxed vacation! Would visit again!

We were a group of 10 including 3 under 15 and found Enrico’s place very roomy and easily able to accomodate us all. The bathrooms were all very clean and the beds were a more traditional Italian style but still comfy. The outdoor area was lovely and where we spent most of our time (as there was no indoor lounge area). Enrico was a gracious host and very responsive to any questions we had. Location wise, the house is easily walkable to the town centre (which is very quaint and picturesque) and to get on and off the autostrade. Would recommend staying here!

Nous avons passé un formidable moment tout simplement. Un formidable accueil, de bons conseils, un jardin exceptionnel, un logement bien équipé et confortable, Portovenere est juste tellement joli et agréable surtout après avoir passé une journée aux 5 terres avec du monde. Bref avec mes amies nous recommandons et remercions encore Agnès pour ce moment !!!

Fantastic 7 days with family. Adult children bought their partners and plenty to do and see. Car essential to get around and visited Florence, Lucca, Sarzana, Porto Venere and, also old town of Arcola. Had coffee in old square following walks from villa. Lazy days at villa able to enjoy the pool, loungers and shaded areas. Used BBQ for a meal. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms well supplied with all needed. Living area and kitchen ideal for our group and had some evening meals in.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Le Grazie. Anna nous a très bien accueillis et le logement répondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Malgré qu’elle ne parlait pas notre langue, Anna a su se faire comprendre facilement. Elle nous a transmis énormément d’informations pertinentes sur les endroits à visiter et répondait très rapidement à nos interrogations.

Michele ha sido muy amable y nos ha recibido muy bien. Su departamento es genial. una hermosa vista hacia el puerto, con una ventana grande que permite entrar luz natural al living. Cocina, baños, piezas muy limpias y cómodas. Lo único que mejoraría sería dejar escrito en airbnb qué se cobra una tasa turistica adicional de 16 euros que hay que pagar a Michele en efectivo antes de salir del departamento. Recomiendo 100% este departamento y recorrer Porto Venere.

Portovenere is such a unique place for Americans and we were fortunate to grab Michela's place. It has a nice perch view of the water, all the way out into the bay which is just so beautiful. It is great to grab breakfast from the market which is MAYBE 2 minutes walk down the hill, have some coffee/tea and just sit and stare at the water (we went in June, with family). The apartment comfortably sleeps four, with some separation in the place which is nice to rest or at the end of the day to sleep. You'll want to pace your showers a bit for hot water purposes, but didn't impact us at all. It's so close to restaurants. A huge strip of restaurants, the marina for ferries/boat rides (STRONGLY ENCOURAGE DOING A BOAT TOUR. Google Rosso alle rosse and get Andrea.. There also is a great castle near the restaurants for great pictures. Make sure to see the sunset by the castle. Definitely a great place, great location and fit our needs well!

We loved every minute of our six-night stay. Es war wunderschön mitten in Tellaro zu wohnen und auf der Dachterrasse mit dem fantastischen Blick zu frühstücken! Das Häuschen ist sehr gekonnt renoviert und liebevoll mit ausgewählten Stücken möbliert. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und wir wurden sehr nett von Lola empfangen. Es gibt im Haus einige Treppen, die man erklimmen muß, um dann schließlich auf der Dachterrasse zu landen, das sollte einem bewußt sein. Wir hatten eine tolle, entspannte Zeit, in der wir wandern waren (direkt vom Haus aus), Cinque Terre besucht haben, immer wieder baden waren und natürlich die Restarants vor Ort ausprobiert haben. Es war alles perfekt, vielen Dank!

Andrea hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und hilfreiche Tips für Ausflüge usw. gegeben. Ausserdem gibts in der Wohnung eine gute Orientierungs-Karte sowie Prospekte. Die Wohnung ist ein wahres Bijou, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und die Sicht bezaubernd. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Andrea ist der netteste Gastgeber, den man sich vorstellen kann, hilfsbereit und herzlich! Wir empfehlen diese Gäste-Wohnung aufs Wärmste.

This is an authentic Airbnb owned by people who care and love the place. It is the cleanest place I have ever seen, we felt like home! There is not enough place like this in the last years on Airbnb, it is a very precious gem. You feel the love everywhere in this lovely appartement. Book quickly, you won’t regret it! The view is amazing and you can reach Cinque Terre easily.

L’appartement était très propre et très bien équipé. La localisation proche de la gare et des lieux d’intérêt est un vrai plus. Chiara a été très à l’écoute et disponible. Nous avons passé un super séjour.
