Accommodation located a 5-minute drive from the city center, in a quiet countryside offering a green landscape. But also about 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, the beaches of Carolles, Jullouville, Kairon and Granville. Close to the highway to catch Caen or Rennes, barely 1 hour away. Direct access to the GR22 which passes in front of the gate. GR 22 which leads to Mont Saint Michel.

The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.
