Small 80-m² house located in the countryside, in a village of 900 inhabitants, served by the A20 highway and the national road 145. Limoges is 30 minutes away, Gueret is 25 minutes away, and Châteauroux is 45 minutes away. The house consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. PLEASE NOTE: SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Bed and bath linens can be rented (notify me in advance). Covered terrace and pets not allowed, non-smoking house.

Located in a quiet hamlet, close to the RN145 and La Souterraine 10 minutes away with all its amenities. Guéret is about 20 minutes away. 2min away, the Etang de la Grande Cazine for fishing and walks. Independent access, and terrace with large garden.

Nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare property, in a green and enchanting setting, Alphonsine's house is composed of 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen as well as a bathroom. The first bedroom has a large bed for 2 people and the second has 2 beds for 1 person. An outdoor area with a barbecue available enhances this place steeped in history. Formerly a grain store, this house was converted into a dwelling in the 1940s.
