Beautiful ground floor apartment with private terrace in a recent chalet facing the Aravis mountain range. Ideally located in a quiet area, 3 km from the center of the village, access to the ski lifts less than 1 km away with a small parking lot. You must be equipped with snow tires or chains in case of snowfall. From the chalet, there are many walks and hikes on foot or by bike. Bed and bath linens are not included and can be provided for an extra €15/person

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). There are many activities throughout the year (hiking, skiing, summer tobogganing, golfing, cycling, archery, adventure park, via ferrata...). Lake Annecy is 30 minutes away.
