Located 30 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel and 15 minutes from Fougères, this cottage (attached on one side to another cottage for 11 people) is the perfect starting point for exploring the area. On the ground floor, a 20 m² living room with lounge and equipped kitchen, opening onto a private terrace. Upstairs: a bedroom, toilet and separate shower room. A pétanque court is available, shared between the two cottages.

We are in a quiet, rural location situated on the edge of the village of Le Ferre in Brittany which has a small restaurant and a bakers. Nearby St James has a weekly market and offers a wide range of shops & amenities, including the SAINT JAMES clothing factory and boutique.

The house is perfectly suited for a couple, bedroom with 160 x 200 bed. Shops within walking distance (bakery, tobacco, newspapers, pharmacy...). Close to A84, Avranches 20 min, Rennes 35 min, Fougères 15 min, Mt St Michel 30 min... Cleaning is not included in the rate: it must therefore be done before your departure...

Hammock, petanque court and various games available to you. Cleaning must be done on your departure. Linens and towels will be provided by us. Pets not allowed. A key box system is installed for arrivals after 8pm.
