Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. The outdoor terrace is really a plus as well as the parking space. Shops are all nearby.

We were hosted very well upon arrival in a very well located, very well furnished and very functional apartment. Quiet residence under the pines and close to the embankment. The description is true to reality. Corinne and Richard are excellent hosts. We recommend their rental, in which we will not hesitate to return if possible.

Berengere was a fabulous host and personally welcomed us to the rental unit and came for the check out. She was extremely responsive to questions I sent in advance of our stay about things like parking options and a restaurant reservation, and remained in touch during our stay. We are English speakers and Berengere was fluent in English. The flat is terrific, centrally located in the old part of Vannes. It is very spacious and comfortable, with an extremely well stocked kitchen with modern appliances as well as laundry machines. The front of the flat faces a pedestrian street that can be lively during tourist season, but the flat has new insulated windows that buffer street noise and the main bedroom is on the back side and very quiet. Berengere's hospitality and lovely flat made for a great stay in Vannes!

The apartment is really fantastically beautiful. It is very close to the sea. The furnishings are very cozy and designed with a lot of flair. Even two bikes were available for free and the bike paths are awesome!!! We were totally happy and 100% satisfied! Dear Alexandra, Thank you very much!

A great, spacious apartment, absolutely good location right on the sea with views over the whole bay from a large balcony on the 4th floor. Gilles is very friendly, flexible, helpful and always available. The parking space directly at the apartment is advantageous. The location, the place, the apartment and the host are perfect - we will be back.

Very good accommodation in Batz-sur-Mer. Whether you're going to the center or the beach, no need to take the car as it is perfectly located (less than 5 minutes' walk to the center, less than 10 minutes to the beach). What can I say! Stephanie & Phillipes lodge is just perfect, well situated just 2 mins walk from the town centre and great restaurants. The lodge is very clean and has everything you would want. The pool is fabulous and cleaned and prepared every day by Phillipe. Stephanie and Phillipe are the perfect hosts, very responsive and very friendly. We cannot get over how much we enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend this place enough. It is perfect

We spent 4 very nice days in this very warm house. Great for a family stay. Olivier always made sure we didn't miss anything. We were able to fully enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces. We'll be happy to go back!

Very clean apartment with high-quality amenities. The apartment is in a quiet location with its own parking space very close by. It is only 10 minutes on foot to the port of Vannes and from there only a few minutes to the old town. The landlady responded quickly to any inquiries and everything worked smoothly. Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety

The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. Communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! There is therefore a personal handover of the keys. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀

His apartment is not as he humbly says "well equipped" but perfectly equipped. and what generosity: small welcome gift, everything you need to prepare a vinaigrette, new sachet of Senseo pods, new sponges, new soaps... in short, you can go to Vincent's without planning anything! What happiness! and the location is excellent! Very quiet, 5-minute walk to a promenade by Conleau Bay.
