In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Baby equipment is available (no need to overload the car!) Kitchen: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher (parents are on vacation!). Children will find games for quiet moments and beach games to play with their feet in the water. Beautiful days are coming!

The property was completely renovated in 2016; originally, it was used to accommodate fishing sailors during the sardine season. You have access to the spa all year round (except in case of unfavorable weather conditions, the water is heated to 35°, a private garden furniture, two relax a table, two chairs for lunch outdoors!
