Ideally located on the Loire à Vélo route, this one-of-a-kind and spacious accommodation is conducive to relaxation and work. The accommodation is composed of a large living room open to a fully equipped kitchen. A large veranda with a beautiful view of nature. It also has a patio with barbecue. Both bedrooms have their respective shower room.

Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

Located on the banks of the Loire, a few kilometers from Nantes, L'Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Opposite the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, open-air café... but also the restaurants located nearby. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!
