The "Les Galets" studio is located 50 m from Lecques beach, the public garden and shops. The very bright apartment is located in our family home with a separate entrance. Upstairs of the house, the hostess runs a wellness area. Small apartment ideal for sea lovers. There is a parking space in the yard, and a corner of the family garden accessible through the yard (not adjoining the studio) where you can store bicycles, surfboards, canoes... and use the gas BBQ.

The entrance to the building is on the main shopping street of La Ciotat but it overlooks the quiet parallel street with a view of the rooftops. Located facing east, you can enjoy a 6-meter balcony to have breakfast in the sun or read a book in the deckchair. Secure parking 150 m away included. A peaceful oasis in the city!

Duplex apartment T3, 73 m2, all comforts, high standing, seafront with shaded terrace of 85 m2, facing the large beach of La Ciotat, secure private parking, in building classified "art-deco", direct access to the common garden of 1000 m2, bowling game. Very lively neighborhood in July and August: beach a few meters away, restaurants, bars, musical atmosphere. Not recommended for people looking for isolation and absolute calm during these 2 months.

You have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You have a garage for your car. The apartment is a 5-minute walk to Bestouan Beach and 10 minutes to the center of Cassis.
