The accommodation is composed of: - a bathroom (shower, sink, cupboard and toilet), - a large living space with a sleeping area including a double bed (160* 200), TV and cupboard, an open kitchen (fridge, microwave, 2 induction hob and washing machine) with bar table and high stools and a relaxation area facing the sea (sofa BZ 130 * 190, armchair and coffee table). The location of the studio allows you to enjoy pleasant sunsets. You can enjoy picnic at the water's edge during summer evenings without having to take the transport. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar are also available. The apartment is directly on the small beach against below on the right. You can easily access it via a path along the residence. In the summer, the beach benefits from a surveillance station for everyone's safety.

The apartment is located between Sanary-sur-Mer known for its pointed houses and its market, voted the most beautiful in France (<4 km) and the small fishing port of Le Brusc and the Gaou and Embiez Islands. 28 m² apartment, air-conditioned, right by the water, with exceptional 180° sea view, with the Embiez on the left, the coves opposite, the bay of Bandol and Sanary on the right, and every evening, the magical sunset show... No noise pollution, just the sound of the waves from Rayolet Beach (supervised beach with direct access). Port du Brusc and shuttle to Les Embiez nearby. Comfortable apartment (Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso, etc.) with private parking space.

Ideally located facing the beach (sand), everything can be done on foot: bakery (20 m), restaurants (50 m), shops (100 m), port of Brusc (300 m). The apartment has just been renovated and the bathroom is refurbished. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, etc.) Free parking space. Sleeping for 4 people but ideal apartment for 3 people.

'La Gaou' is our family home located 100 m from the coast facing the Embiez archipelago and right next to the Gaou Islands. These natural spaces are sources of inspiration as the landscapes change according to the sun's path and climatic conditions. On the first floor of our villa, the apartment called 'La Presqu'île' intended for our visitors, offers a real balcony over the Brusc lagoon and views of the open sea.
