Vacation rentals with a patio in Le Bourget-du-Lac

Accommodation is very pleasant environment, very welcoming and friendly hosts. We had a great time in Avignon!

Everything was perfect. Gerd was kind and very friendly with my parents for whom I rented his apartment. The apartment is ideally located away from the crowds of Annecy and close to a very nice small beach.

Great place! close center, right next to the lake, pk square is a real plus clean apartment, good sense and very modern!! Thanks for everything!

There were difficulties with check-in, since in the place where the case with the keys was located, my cell operator did not catch and had to go out to get further instructions. Regarding the apartment, there were two of us, I was with a small child and absolutely everything suited me! First and foremost a bed that my child had no way to fall from. There was also a great balcony. I didn't plan to, but I used the garage, which was included in the price and it turned out to be very convenient! Despite the fact that it seems that the apartment is far from the center - this is not the case at all! Great promenade and center within walking distance. We walked a lot with a sidecar. There is a passage for it everywhere - very convenient. The apartment is also equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook your own food. No TV but we didn't need it. The appliances are in working condition, there are detergents to remove yourself. I would recommend leaving more garbage bags, as we lived for more than a week and two of us were not enough. Great apartment!

Apartment according to description. Small pleasant courtyard for aperitifs. Quiet and easy to reach. About 30 minutes walk from the old town but parking on the Place des Romains possible and free in the evening. Corine is very responsive to respond. I recommend.

The access to the apartment is very easy, through an electronic key. Melissa was always in touch and gave useful recommendations on where to go and what to see in Chambéry. Very good location, no parking spaces but underground parking nearby, lacks a washing machine but no surprise as it was indicated in the listing that there is none. Very good stay, very nice apartment, very nice host and responsive to messages and our needs. Thank you very much.

An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation with 10 beds for our volleyball team was impeccable, as described and well located, 10 minutes from Annecy. Our host Fabienne was very responsive. I would recommend it in a second and would definitely stay again!

Excellent experience. Jean-Pierre is a very welcoming host, the accommodation is even better than in the photos. It is very well equipped, clean, and the jacuzzi / hammam part is beautiful. The setting is beautiful too. Definitely recommend

Total change of scenery bucolic environment, house totally in its juice year 60 except the modern kitchen and very well equipped the big plus is the huge terrace, the jacuzzi with a magnificent view, the large hammock. Nearby shop on foot, starting point for a walk among other things the springs of the groin. Very family house comfortable bedding, bathroom in their juice too but there are two. House that suited us well for us and our two grown children aged 32 and 26

The studio is perfect for a weekend for a couple. Very well equipped!! The views are beautiful and the terrace is very nice. Thank you for this trip! However, it is a sofa bed so not the most comfortable.

The stay was great. The accommodation is a divided pavilion with common access and possibility to park your vehicle in private parking. Then there is one entrance on the owner side and another separate entrance for the rental. There is no noise between the two homes, and the view overlooks a field without any vis-à-vis with birdsong, a real pleasure of nature. Full of walks around , good restaurants recommended by our hosts that we loved very much, and the ski runs about thirty minutes away ( for that of Grand Bornand where we went ). Annecy 15 min away Awesome not far away. Really a great strategic location. We will definitely come back.

good stay, nice apartment, private parking, everything went well, just a small downside: access to the shower is not easy to occupy for all people (disabled, speakers , or having a few rounds.).

Annecy, France - April 14-21, 2025 (7 nights) Excellent location! Right in the heart of downtown, across from Centre Commercial Courier with a large Monoprix—perfect for everyday essentials. Walkable to the lake, old town, and all of Annecy’s main attractions, with the train and bus stations just steps away. The apartment is modern, spotless, and well-organized. The spacious bedroom has a super comfortable mattress with cotton bedding and towels. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, ideal for cooking. The bathroom has great water pressure and a separate toilet for added convenience. The bright, roomy living area and mudroom-style entry add extra comfort. A large balcony overlooks the lively Italian Trattoria—great for people-watching and delicious food! Delphine is a kind, attentive host. We were welcomed by Edwidge who gave us a warm welcome and excellent local tips. Don’t miss Le Freti for amazing Savoyard cuisine. We highly recommend this AirBnB—we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a lovely weekend at this property, the city is very soothing and next to Annecy. The Airbnb was very well and well maintained, very good Airbnb for couples trips near Annecy. The host was able to answer any questions I had and refer me to restaurants/activities nearby. I recommend it!

Very good equipped apartment with magnificent view on Lake and mountains. Kitchen has everything for a long-term living and a great private terrace. 25mn by car to city center (Annecy), 10mn by walk to shops and boulangerie. Great amenities for cycling and running around lake. Definitely stay here next time.
