Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, between lake and mountain, it offers a peaceful and refreshing setting. Ideally located on the Thônes-Faverges axis, it is close to ski resorts (La Clusaz, Grand Bornand, Manigod) and Lake Annecy. Whether you're sporty or"lazy", you've come to the right place! Designed for 4 people (2 double beds).

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Escape to our small, cozy, independent cottage, nestled quietly between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.

A few minutes from the lake, 40 minutes from Annecy and 15 minutes from La Sambuy, sportsmen and nature lovers will find their happiness: swimming, hiking, skiing, climbing, paragliding.
