I love this place! Riwaz was so helpful, he was here to meet me even though I arrived quite late in the evening. He's been a great host the entire time, so easy to communicate with. The space looks exactly like the pictures, the location is beautiful, super close to many temples and great restaurants, everything in walking distance. I loved staying here ✨

We had a fantastic stay with Kate & Amrit. The flat is a great place to base to yourself. There are some fantastic amenities and local restaurants on your doorsteps. If you want to go into town it is only a short taxi ride away. We would highly recommend! Thank you Kate & Amrit :)

During my Eleena and her whole family were extremely accommodating and responsive whenever I needed anything. The house was in a bustling neighborhood but tucked away enough that it was peaceful. The kitchen was very well stocked and the AC and WiFi were extremely good. Would recommend any group of 2-4 who wants to go to Nepal for a visit to stay there.

Beautiful and well-furnished apartment. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything that we needed for our short stay was present in the room. The furnishings were very comfortable and all listed amenities were available. Shazia and Farhan were responsive and were accommodating in terms of early check-in and late check-out. Location was great. A couple of things to note were that there were a few power cuts, which proved to be somewhat uncomfortable and that the room could use sunblock curtains, since it gets very bright quite early in the morning. All in all, we really enjoyed staying here and can see ourselves coming back if we visit Kathmandu again.

Good stay, considerate hosting. Old style hospitality missing in most of South Asia nowadays. Homely and seeped in knowledge culture.

It was located close to the airport, so it was easy to get around. We checked in late but our group was very happy because of the host's friendly hospitality. The 4 rooms were in the best condition and the living room and kitchen were convenient to use. I stayed for a short time, but I want to come again next time.

Very nice and clean apartment, located on a quiet street less than 5 minute walk from Boudha stupa. Natasha was very helpful with everything we needed. Definitely could choose the same apartment if we would want to stay near Boudha in the future.

Excellent accommodation, weekly cleaning, boiler with water, lots of dishes and kitchen appliances. Excellent, friendly and helpful host: Ami helped me with my luggage, met me and saw me off. I also received some recommendations from him on local restaurants and the market, recommend!

The place was fabulous, exactly how it was presented in pictures. Had all the amenities as listed. I would say you will feel at home staying here, the rooms were cozy and clean. Bathrooms were spotless and overall we had a great experiance staying. Please don't think twice before booking the place if you see it book it.

The place is right in the middle of Thamel. So it is very easy to move around. It is a sixth floor without lift. For me this was ok. Very polite and helpful host.

This apartment is extremely spacious and it's location is perfect for exploring Patan. I loved the main bedroom and pretty much spent most of my time in there or outside on the patio but when we came together as a family to eat or play cards, the kitchen diner was perfect too. Nigel and the Cozy Homes team are always friendly, helpful and on hand with any advice that you need. This was a great space to stay.

Devendra’a place was perfect for what we needed. It’s in a cute neighbourhood that had everything we needed. The taxi rank was a 10 minute walk and then a short Taxi to Thamel or Monkey Temple. Devendra was always quick to respond and even helped us organise a transfer to the airport. We had a great stay!

Our stay at Subu & Malas place was better that we could have asked for. For being in one of the most active, fun, and engaging areas of Kathmandu, the space itself feels like an oasis away from the world. Subu & Mala were also great at helping us arrange a ride to the airport, and understanding with any incidents we had along the way.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Shristee's place! The apartment was more spacious than I expected, it was clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect, it was close to Jhamsikhel, with plenty of lovely shops and restaurants within walking distance. Communication with Shristee and her mom, Jayanti, was very easy. They were incredibly accommodating, promptly addressing any requests or questions we had. Since we stayed for three weeks, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing extra bed sheets, towels, additional kitchen items, and even a small bathtub for my 5-month-old. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. We’d gladly return for another visit!

The apartment is very spacious with two bedrooms and a good kitchen with everything for cooking. Taxi is easy to the city center and scenery spots. Highly recommended!

Great apartment! Super good internet, very clean, nice bed. Large and modern. Nice communication. And as a bonus very sweet dogs! This is the place if you want to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Thamel.

this was a great unit AND definitely was bigger then I expected based on the photos. it was complete and within the inner streets of the neighborhood....so it was away enough from the main road to avoid all the excess noise (from traffic/business etc). it was well equipped, comfy bed, basics in the kitchen but the host made it clear that anything we needed, she would try to accommodate - thats always a plus... amazing stay and happy we stayed here

It looks neat and clean, is located in a side street and therefore quite quiet at night. The hostess is easy to reach in case of problems and is very friendly. The roof terrace is also very idyllic and freely accessible.
