Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lawrenceburg

While this house is not particularly close to bourbon tastings, the size of the house and quiet neighborhood ensured we were well rested for the next day’s adventure. About 40 minutes from Lexington and 90 minutes from Louisville, we spent a lot of time driving between destinations. The house itself was well equipped for our party of six. Plenty of space for each person’s privacy and large common areas that allowed everyone to eat and drink together. We were unable to enjoy the water below due to recent flooding.

Great location! Secluded and private, perfect for a nice country stay. Unfortunately, the weather did not let us enjoy the fire pit but we will definitely be back!

Wayne messaged me before we arrived with clear instructions, and messaged after check in to make sure we got in ok! He was very responsive and I love the house. The kitchen was my oasis and the den was a cool spot for my daughter (she loved the LED lights under the couch). Perfect location, perfect host. We travel to the area frequently and will be planning to stay at this location again!

We booked the home for a family get together in Kentucky. This was our 1st time to Kentucky and we enjoyed it so much. The house is close to all the activities we planned. Day at the races, horse park for children and lots more. One of my niece lives close by and she said when the in-laws come to stay it would be perfect. This neighborhood is a walking one. So many people walkingtheir dogs or going for walks themseves. Very comfortable. If we plan another trip here we will definitely see if this place is available. Thank you again.

Everything about this place is PERFECT. Upon opening the door, the smell of clean was amazing!!!!! Just from opening the door I just knew it was the right stay for two family's while at a Volleyball tournament at the Expo Center. The beds are comfy. The linens were clean and soft! The host were great! The host made you feel right at home, they had some fresh fruit, a box of Capri suns, few pops and waters and a bowl of snacks! The hot tub was clean and amazing! Fans in every room, the fridge has an ice machine and good tasting water. The host left laundry soap, dish washer soap and extra towels if needed, even for the hot tub! The yard was taken care of and nicely mowed. This place was decorated so cute!!!! Someone really took some time! The drive to the Expo center was about 20 mins wasn't bad at all! I really cant tell you enough how much we enjoyed our stay in this home. We will be back next year!!!!!!!

Another great trip. The location is convenient and the place is superb. I loved the linens and the home was very clean! Nathan is a great host. I felt like he really cared about making my stay a good experience.

Myself and three friends stayed at the Stagg House during our visit to the bourbon trail. Private and peaceful location along the Kentucky river. Perfect place to stay during our visit to the area.

We loved our stay at the Uptown Retreat. The place was very comfortable, clean, and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect. It was close to restaurants, shops, and Keenland. David was very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best weekend! Great location but felt away from the business of Lexington! Wish we would have been able to stay longer than the weekend.

Our stay at Nora’s abode was easy and so comfortable! The home was very clean, Nora was responsive with our questions, and we loved being able to walk to cute coffee shops and around the beautiful neighborhood. 10/10 recommend.

Repeat customers! Perfect spot in the Highlands. Comfy bed and dark for sleeping, also pull-out couch in living area. Fluffy white towels and modern bathrooms. Happening neighborhood & restaurants. Our home away from home when returning to Kentucky.

Great deal for everything you get, we wanted a quiet weekend before holiday craziness started and it was exactly what we wanted! The hosts were so helpful and clear and quickly responded to questions. We hope to come back in the summer time!

Great stay at Bethany’s place, and fantastic location that is close to the action but also very quiet. We loved Bethany’s apartment and would absolutely stay here again if and when we come back to Louisville. Bethany was very easy to communicate with and also has lots of great restaurant recommendations in the area, which was super helpful.

We were right by Buffalo Trace, which is why we were there. The place was great, great communication, and lots of information about the area given. A great place to stay!

We stayed in the Four Roses Suit and it was wonderful. This was during the snow and it felt really cozy and was had a great HVAC system heated up fast and stayed warm all night easily. Walking distance to Vallozzi’s which is excellent, and the coffee shop on the corner is really great too. Host were responsive and good to deal with. Highly recommend.

A nice apartment in an excellent location. Easy communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again.

Karen and Doug were very attentive. There was a tornado warning and they came and set up cots in the basement with pillows and sheets. Made sure we had bottled water in the basement as well as Hershey kisses on the pillows. We had to go there for about two hours in the middle of the night until our son who lives in Louisville texted us it was safe to go upstairs to bed at about 2:00 am. A tornado which was an EF 3 touched down about three miles from us but we were safe. Outstanding and caring couple

The condo was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Easy checkin and communication with Dan. We were sorry that our stay was short! Hope to stay there again.

We stayed during the Great Flood of the Kentucky River in April, 2025 and were evacuated due to flooding. Jon was extremely communicative and helpful and so friendly. Great host!

We made a quick trip to Shelbyville to visit family. The condo was perfect for our weekend. Katie communicated with us, provided local information, and had very clear instructions regarding our stay.
