The cottage is as described. We had a lovely stay there . Benoit was an excellent, very responsive and friendly host. A great welcome booklet with lots of recommendations nearby was sent to us before our stay in order to plan it as best as possible. Benoit was kind enough to let us enjoy a late check-out:

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. Our stay was magical! We were surprised by the impeccable cleanliness of the place, something that is deeply appreciated upon arrival. The house has a unique charm, full of corners that invite you to explore and relax. Each space is decorated with details full of history that create a warm and special atmosphere, as if each object had a story to tell. The access road, surrounded by nature and spectacular views, is already part of the experience: a gift for the senses. From the house you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea, perfect to disconnect and let yourself be carried away by the tranquility of the surroundings. The house is very well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. And we can't help but highlight Raphael's kindness and attention, always available, attentive and generous with his recommendations. We recommend it 100%. It's one of those places that stays in your memory for a long time. Thank you for everything Raphael!

The place is beautiful, since you enter and even inside. The balcony has a view of the hills and you can see the sea. In the evening when the village empties it is quiet and relaxing. Inside you find the necessary to season the food and I also had a couple of snacks that I had breakfast with. Ingrida the day before, he sent me instructions on how to find the house, including a video that made everything much easier. Experience to repeat for sure, thank you! 🌻

Very central location on 2 floors with a nice Terrasse! Right in the middle of Antibes! We did a workation week at Ivan’s place and enjoyed a lunch swim every day at the beach! Very friendly host and nice neighbourhood! The upper floor is extremely bright but tall people need to be careful.
