Accommodation with 3 bedrooms, two shower rooms, one with a washing machine, a toilet with a sink, living area: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, stove, range hood. Living room. Large balcony terrace with 180 degree unobstructed view, round barbecue on site, table, chairs. Towels and Wi-Fi are provided. Pool for an additional twenty euros in the afternoon from 2 to 7 p.m.

This house with its heated and private swimming pool, (open from March 31 to November 1) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. Within walking distance you will find all amenities, and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned, a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.

Large and bright Air-conditioned Apartment of 120 m2 on the 1st floor with Private Pool of 10 by 4 x 1.40 in a very quiet Residential/family area (respect the neighborhood). Composed of 3 large bedrooms, fitted and equipped Kitchen, Living room with a corner sofa (2-seater bed), terrace overlooking the Coiron plateau. Sheets, Bath Towels/Pool Towels, Gloves and Tea Towels are not provided. We live there (but very discreet for the well-being of our tenants)

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
